Alright, so the my first shot at the weight loss challenge didn’t work that well. Sorry, I will try again another day…
With that said, I’m putting a new face on www.loggerheadfit.com. I’m going to make it a place, a safe-haven if you will, for people to come and ask any questions regarding health & fitness related. More specifically Beachbody.
You see I have been with Beachbody for over 1 year now and an Official Beachbody Coach for a little over a month now. And it hit me when a friend said “Why haven’t you been helping people with Beachbody? You are so passionate about it and love it so much, why don’t you help people with that, since you are experienced in it.”
He is so right! So that’s what I’m doing. In the next few days, or weeks, I’m going to put my knowledge and experience down on this site. Hopefully I will be able to help somebody. I know that it helped me when I started…
